I have absolutely no concern re my care on this ward. I find all the staff most helpful and professional and coping well, considering the current shortage of staffing in the NHS.
Suggested improvements
More staff would allow staff to be rested ready for any emotional tasks that might lie ahead. Fatigue in staff can lead to errors. Thank fully no the case her.
